What is happening
Understanding your pain comes first.
No single technique works for everything. After the assessment we choose the combination that best fits your problem, your goals and the time you have on the island, and we explain why.
Our ultrasound scanner lets us see muscles, tendons and ligaments in real time, so needle-based techniques can be applied with precision.
What we treat

Needle techniques
Dry needling, EPI and neuromodulation are not used in pregnancy, with a pacemaker, with bleeding disorders or with skin infection in the area. We always check first.
Explained step by step
We tell you what you will feel and why we are using each technique. You decide with us.
What the evidence says
Exercise-based care has the strongest evidence for most musculoskeletal problems. Technology helps as an add-on, not as a replacement.
FAQ
Treatments: your questions.
Does dry needling hurt?+
You may feel a brief twitch or ache when the needle reaches the muscle, and some soreness for a day or two. Most patients tolerate it well.
What is EPI?+
Percutaneous electrolysis applies a low-intensity galvanic current through a fine needle to the damaged tendon, guided by ultrasound, to stimulate repair. It is always combined with exercise.
Do you offer shockwave therapy?+
Yes. We use it mainly for persistent tendon problems and plantar fasciitis, alongside a loading programme.
